Know what happens before you order. illustrated packaging concept

Start with a useful brief.

The first request should explain what you sell, how you pack it, and what you need to order. Exact dimensions are helpful, but “I need help choosing” is a valid starting point.

Your product and format

Jerky cut or stick dimensions, target fill weight, preferred format, and how the product is displayed or sold.

Your production plan

Total quantity, designs or flavors, quantity per design, packing method, and any co-packer specification.

Your artwork and timing

Current design status, preferred finish and features, delivery destination, and any launch deadline.

Review the specification and quote.

Before an order is finalized, check that the quotation describes the packaging you actually intend to buy.

Dimensions and construction

Confirm units, pouch format, material requirements, zipper, window, hang hole, and any special shape or film details.

Quantities and designs

Check the total and the split across artwork versions. Include each flavor clearly so the production quantities are unambiguous.

Commercial and delivery details

Review the quoted price, applicable shipping, payment terms, and timing. Do not treat a website example or draft request as a final order.

Prepare the artwork on the right dieline.

Use the production drawing supplied for the agreed specification. Changing the pouch dimensions after layout may require artwork revisions.

Existing finished artwork

Provide the editable source or requested print-ready format, linked assets, and font information as instructed.

Design support

Share your logo, brand references, flavor list, and required product information. Agree on the design scope before work starts.

Special effects

Identify windows, white ink, metallic areas, and spot effects on separate clearly named layers.

Approve what will actually be printed.

Review the final proof carefully. It is the point to resolve artwork questions before production.

Check the product details

Read every flavor name, net weight, ingredient and other required label text. Your brand is responsible for approving that content.

Check the layout

Confirm the orientation, safe areas, barcode placement, windows, and feature positions against the dieline.

Check the full order

Make sure the approved files correspond to every artwork version and the agreed quantities.

Plan production and delivery.

Typical turnaround is 2.5 weeks from proof approval. The quote confirms the applicable production and delivery schedule for your specification and destination.

Share deadlines early

A desired launch date should be discussed before the order is committed, rather than assumed from a general lead-time statement.

Allow for decisions before approval

Sizing, artwork development, and proof changes take place before the production timeline begins.

Keep the final specification

Retain your approved artwork and order details for reorders. Tell us if the product, dimensions, design, or quantity changes.

Ordering questions.

Can I request pricing without artwork?

Yes. Choose your current artwork status on the form and provide the packaging requirements you know.

Does requesting a quote place an order?

No. A quote request starts a conversation. Pricing, specifications, terms, and production approval are confirmed separately.

Can I order 500 pieces?

Yes. The minimum starts at 500 pieces. Send the proposed split across designs for confirmation.

Can I change the design after approval?

Contact the team immediately. What can be changed depends on production status; do not assume an approved job can be altered without affecting cost or timing.

Start with the details you know.

Choose what you know. Select “Help me choose” for anything undecided, and our team can help work through the specification.
